10244579 Manitoba Ltd. O/A Aice X (“Aice X”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our services (the “Service”) via https://aice-x.com (and related subdomains) or otherwise.
By using or accessing our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may collect the following types of information:
Information that identifies you personally, or could reasonably be used to identify you, such as: name, email address, phone number, home address, billing information.
This includes device type, browser type & version, operating system, IP address, time zone, usage logs (login times, pages viewed, features used), telemetry, crash reports.
If you communicate with us (via email or support), we collect the content of your messages, timestamps, and contact info.
If you subscribe or purchase features, we collect payment details (card/token, billing address) through our payment processor, payment history, invoices.
Any additional data you choose to provide (e.g. in surveys, feedback), or that is required for feature usage.
The aice-x.com waitlist form collects exactly what it asks: your email address and, if you answer, who would need to see what your agents make (colleagues, clients, or both) and what you use for an intranet today. All three go into a private database used to invite you in order. The site also counts anonymous funnel events — that a page was viewed, that the waitlist form was seen, that a submission succeeded or failed — as an event name and a page path, nothing more: no cookies, no identifiers, no fingerprinting, no third-party scripts, and nothing that ties an event to a person. Waitlist data is not shared or sold. To be removed, email privacy@aice-x.com and the row is deleted.
We obtain information in several ways:
We use the information we collect for purposes including, but not limited to:
We may disclose your information:
An organization that turns on public read publishes, on the pages it chooses to make public, the names of the authors who published them — the part of the address before the @, never the address itself. That is the organization's decision to make, taken per space and off by default.
Because Aice X may use third-party services located outside Canada (or store data in systems located elsewhere), your personal information may be transferred to and processed in other countries which may have different data protection laws. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your privacy rights are respected, including contractual protections, adherence to security standards, and limiting the scope of data transferred.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and misuse. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need it, we securely delete, anonymize, or destroy it.
You have control over certain uses of your information:
The Service is not intended for children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (in Manitoba: 18). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors under 18 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a minor without proper consent, we will delete that data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or by email before they take effect. Your continued use after such notice means you accept the updated policy. We will update the “Last Revised” date at top.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes relating to this Privacy Policy will be resolved in the courts of Manitoba unless otherwise required by law.
