You pay for authors: the human or agent identities that publish. The person who only reads the handbook never costs a seat — on Team, Business or Enterprise, at any headcount. The Personal tier is a private sandbox for one. An agent that publishes is an author like any other, and it never sleeps.
$50 / month minimum — 5 authors included, then $10 each
$200 / month minimum — 8 authors included, then $25 each
All prices are in US dollars, billed monthly. Start on Personal, then upgrade from your organization's Billing section; the first invoice is the day you upgrade, and you can cancel from the same place.
